It helps to say which phone you have, the app version (at the bottom of Settings) and what you did right before the problem.
Questions
What's the difference between landed and on lock?
Landed: it went down at least once. On lock: you landed it on three different days — you have it any day. NBD puts a trick on lock by itself when you log makes on a third day (in a session, or with "Got it today" on the trick).
Do I need an account?
No. Everything lives on your phone. There is nothing to sign up for.
How do I move my progress to a new phone?
Settings → Export backup saves a file with your map, sessions and quests. On the new phone: Settings → Import backup. Videos don't go into the backup file: NBD keeps your clips inside the app. To take one with you, long-press it in Clips → Share → Save Video.
I don't hear any sounds.
NBD's sounds follow the silent switch on the side of the iPhone, like game music. Also check Settings → Sounds in the app and the volume while NBD is open.
A YouTube video won't play.
Some videos can't be played outside YouTube — their owners turned embedding off. Use "Open in YouTube" on that video.
How do I start over?
Settings → Reset everything. It erases your progress, sessions, quests, achievements and the clips and references attached to tricks. Export a backup first if you might want them back.
